Dayah's getting married! Yay~ ^^

Went to the ceremony after some running around the neighbourhood with Melody and HH (We were lost among the numerous blocks of Hougang; to think I used to live there. Geezies.). Joined Auntie Mary, Auntie Helen, Chris, Regina, Evonne and Glenn (basically my colleagues and boss) at the buffet lunch before we paid a visit to the beautiful bride at her home!

^ Melody had taken this dessert but only ate the top portion when she realised it was filled with coconut. What a waste.

^ Guess the use of this teapot... Wrong! It was not for pouring drinkable beverages, but for pouring clean water to wash dirty hands. O.O

Dayah's home was lovely decorated! She was just like the princess of the day. My God.

^ A princess bed with many exquisite gifts dedicated to her. Wow~

^ The princess finally arrived at her wedding palace!

^ It was a real wedding cake, unlike what Melody had thought. XD

^ The prince showed himself with an army of musicians. A very grand entrance, indeed.

^ I suppose it was a malay wedding tradition; family and friends danced to the to-be husband and wife as a form of approval and blessing.

They always say that the groom is at his most handsome while the bride is at her most beautiful on the wedding day. And on the day of Dayah's wedding, I had seen it. It was true.
